Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. We try to describe and show every product accurately; colors and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may change prices, products or offers at any time before you place an order.

Personalization

Engraving and printed text are reproduced exactly as you type them, including spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Please check your text before checkout. For photo products, you confirm that you have the right to use the photo you upload. We may decline personalization that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, and refund the order.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description; in that case you receive a full refund. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 30-day warranty are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Ostrum or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ostrum is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
