Engraved items are made for one person, so they cannot be returned for change of mind. If your watch arrives damaged, defective or engraved differently from your order, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we replace or refund it at no cost. Every Ostrum watch has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Non-engraved add-ons (straps, gift box, watch roll) can be returned unused within 30 days.
